An employer branding campaign for the historic Brøndums Hotel in Skagen — three individual films alongside a compiled cut. Each piece takes a slightly different angle on what it actually feels like to work there — the people, the place, and the particular kind of hospitality that comes with a hotel that carries this much history. The goal was to show future employees something real, not just a recruitment pitch.
